Some special days such as Mother's Day or days before a may be excluded. We'll generally notify you via a notice on our website or newsletter if this is the case.

We deliver to all suburbs of Sydney and the wider Sydney area.

• Standard delivery times are between 11:30 am and 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday (generally much earlier for Saturday.
•  
• If you've chosen the Express option delivery will be before midday or if you'd like it at a different time we should be able to accomodate that.

• We are unable to guarantee an exact time. If a more specific time is required you'll need to use the Express option available during checkout. The price for Express will be calculated during the checkout.

• If the recipient isn't home, the delivery driver will leave the goods in a safe place. If they are unable to do this, the box will be sent back to us and a re-delivery can occur for an additional charge. You may also choose to pickup from our store in Leichhardt the next day.

• If the incorrect delivery address is provided in the order it is likely to be delivered to the incorrect person or it is returned back to the store. If the order is to be redelivered the next day an additional delivery charge will apply.

Please ensure you've checked the delivery address as well as the contact number for the recipient on the order confirmation email as the driver may need to call the recipient.

• Yes, we deliver to units as well as schools, hospitals and hotels. For units/apartments, please ensure that if the recipient is home to accept the delivery, especially if the building is secured and the driver can not enter it will be returned to the store. For schools, hospitals and hotels, please ensure we have enough information to deliver the item to the correct person.

If the order is required before a specific time (for example for a school or daycare centre), please use the Express option as we can't guarantee a time before 5pm with the Standard option. Alternatively, you can have them delivered the day before.

• Once the driver has left our store, we'll SMS tracking details to the mobile number provided in the delivery address/phone of the order.

• Yes, we delivery on Saturdays.

• Delivery across Sydney starts at $15. There is a shipping calculator available on the cart page or by clicking here. There is a $5 additional charge for Saturdays.
