FAQ
What is the cut-off for same day cupcake delivery?
Order from our standard cupcake range before 11am Tuesday to Thursday, 10am Friday and we’ll have your cupcakes delivered on the same day!
For Saturday delivery, we'll need your order before 8am on the Saturday (for same day delivery).
Are there any exceptions for same-day delivery?
Some special days such as Mother's Day or Valentine's Day may be excluded or have an earlier cut off time. We'll generally notify you via a notice on our website or newsletter if this is the case, please please subscribe to our newsletter!
What areas do you delivery to?
We deliver to most suburbs of Sydney and the wider Sydney area. Use the delivery calculator on the cart page to check for pricing and availability.
What are your delivery times?
Standard delivery times are between 11:30 am and 5 pm Tuesday to Saturday (generally much earlier for Saturday, where we expect most orders delivered by 2pm).
If you've chosen the Express option delivery will be before midday or if you'd like it at a different time we should be able to accommodate that. Please note your required time and we will try our best.
Can you guarantee an exact time?
We are unable to guarantee an exact time. If a more specific time is required you'll need to use the Express option available during checkout. The price for Express will be calculated during the checkout.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
If the recipient isn't home, the delivery driver will leave the order in a safe place. If they are unable to do this, the box will be sent back to us and a re-delivery can occur for an additional charge. You may also choose to pickup from our cupcake bakery in Leichhardt the following working day.
What happens if I provide you with the wrong address or incorrect contact number for the recipient?
If the incorrect delivery address is provided in the order it is likely to be delivered to the incorrect person or it is returned back to the store. If the order is to be
redelivered the next day an additional delivery charge will apply.
Please ensure you've checked the delivery address as well as the contact number for the recipient on the order confirmation email as the driver may need to call the recipient.
Do you deliver to apartments/units, hospitals, schools or hotels?
Yes, we deliver to units as well as schools, hospitals and hotels. For units/apartments, please ensure that if the recipient is home to accept the delivery, especially if the building is secured and the driver can not enter it will be returned to the store. For schools, hospitals and hotels, please ensure we have enough information to deliver the item to the correct person.
If the order is required before a specific time (for example for a school or daycare centre), please use the Express option as we can't guarantee a time before 5pm with the Standard option. Alternatively, you can have them delivered the day before.
Can I track my order?
Once the driver has left our store, we'll send SMS tracking details to the mobile number provided in the delivery address/phone of the order.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver on Saturdays
How much is delivery?
Delivery across Sydney starts at $15. There is a shipping calculator available on the cart page or by clicking here. There is a $5 additional charge for Saturdays.
Pre-12pm delivery (or Express) is distance based and calculated at checkout.
